Product Overview
ADA4528-1ACPZ-R2 is an ultralow noise, zero-drift operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing. The ADA4528-1 has a wide operating supply range of 2.2V to 5.5V, high gain, and excellent CMRR and PSRR specifications, which make it ideal for applications that require precision amplification of low-level signals, such as position and pressure sensors, strain gages, and medical instrumentation. It is used in applications such as thermocouple/thermopile, load cell and bridge transducers, precision instrumentation, electronic scales, medical instrumentation, and handheld test equipment.
- Offset voltage is 0.3μV typical at (VCM = 0V to 2.5V, VSY = 2.5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = 25°C)
- Offset voltage drift is 0.018μV/°C maximum at (VSY = 2.5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 220pA typical at (VSY = 2.5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 158dB typ at (VCM = 0V to 2.5V, VSY = 2.5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = 25°C)
- Single-supply operation from 2.2V to 5.5V, dual-supply operation from ±1.1V to ±2.75V
- Rail-to-rail input and output, unity-gain stable
- Slew rate is 0.45V/μs typ at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF, AV = +1, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 3MHz typical at (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF, AV = +100)
- Voltage noise is 97nV p-p typical at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, AV = +100, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead LFCSP package
