Product Overview

The TCE series capacitors from Panasonic are POSCAP surface mount conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitors. These POSCAP are thin, small and have low ESR and superior high frequency characteristics hence suitable for digital/high frequency applications. The POSCAP also has high reliability and heat resistance.
  • Capacitance value range from 100µF to 1000µF
  • Available voltage ratings are 2.5VDC, 4VDC, 6.3VDC and 10VDC
  • Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
  • Capacitance tolerance is ±20%
  • Endurance of 1000h at 125°C
  • ESR range from 12mohm to 25mohm
  • Available in various size codes
