Product Overview
AD4115 is a low power, low noise, 24bit, sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that integrates an analogue front end (AFE) for eight fully differential or 16 single-ended high impedance, bipolar ±10V voltage inputs. The AD4115 integrates key analogue and digital signal conditioning blocks to configure eight individual setups for each analogue input channel in use. Typical application includes programmable logic controller (PLC) and distributed control, system (DCS) modules and instrumentation and measurement.
- Fast and flexible output rate: 2.5SPS to 125KSPS and channel scan data rate of 24,845SPS/channel
- 85dB CMRR of 50Hz and 60Hz at 20SPS per channel
- ±10V inputs, either 8 differential or 16 single-ended and VIN pin absolute maximum rating ±65V
- Absolute input pin voltage up to ±20V and internal or external clock
- On-chip 2.5V reference: ±0.12% initial accuracy at 25°C, ±5ppm/°C (typical) drift
- Power supplies: AVDD = 4.5V to 5.5V and IOVDD = 2V to 5.5V
- Total current consumption AVDD + IOVDD (IDD) = 10.4mA
- 3-or 4-wire serial digital interface (Schmitt trigger on SCLK) SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, DSP compatible
- 40 lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
