Product Overview
AD9218BSTZ-65 is a dual 10bit monolithic sampling analogue-to-digital converter with on-chip track-and-hold circuits. This product is low cost, low power, and is small and easy to use. It operates at a 105MSPS conversion rate with outstanding dynamic performance over its full operating range. Each channel can be operated independently. The ADC requires only a single 3V (2.7V to 3.6V) power supply and a clock for full operation. No external reference or driver components are required for many applications. The digital outputs are TTL/CMOS compatible and a separate output power supply pin supports interfacing with 3.3V or 2.5V logic. The clock input is TTL/CMOS compatible and the 10bit digital outputs can be operated from 3V (2.5V to 3.6V) supplies. Applications include battery-powered instruments, hand-held scope meters, low cost digital oscilloscopes, I and Q communications, and ultrasound equipment.

- Output propagation delay is 4.5ns typical at (VDD = 3.0V, VD = 3.0V, T = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 48-lead LQFP package
