Product Overview
LT®1789-1 is micropower, precision instrumentation amplifier that is optimized for single supply operation from 2.2V to 36V. The quiescent current is 95μA max, the inputs common mode to ground and the output swings within 110mV of ground. This is laser trimmed for very low input offset voltage, low input offset voltage drift, high CMRR and high PSRR. Typical applications are portable instrumentation, bridge amplifiers, strain gauge amplifiers, thermocouple amplifiers, differential to single-ended converters, medical instrumentation.

- Low input offset voltage is 150μV max (G=1000, 0°C ≤ TA ≤ 70°C. VS=3V, 0V; VS=5V, 0V; RL=20k)
- Low input offset voltage drift is 0.5μV/°C maximum
- Single gain set resistor: G=1 to 1000
- Inputs common mode to V–, CMRR at G=10: 96dB minimum
- Input offset current drift is 3pA/°C typ (0°C ≤ TA ≤ 70°C. VS=3V, 0V; VS=5V, 0V; RL=20k)
- Input bias current is 45nA (0°C ≤ TA ≤ 70°C. VS=3V, 0V; VS=5V, 0V; RL=20k, VREF=half supply)
- 8-lead plastic SO package
- Temperature rating range from –40°C to 85°C
