Product Overview
LT®1793 is a low noise, Picoampere bias current, JFET input operational amplifier. The LT1793 is unconditionally stable for gains of 1 or more even with 1000pF capacitive loads. Each individual amplifier is 100% tested for voltage noise, slew rate and gain-bandwidth product. It is suitable for use in photocurrent amplifiers, hydrophone amplifiers, high sensitivity piezoelectric accelerometers, low voltage and current noise instrumentation, amplifier front ends, two and three op-amp instrumentation amplifiers and active filters.
- Maximum input bias current, warmed up: 20pA
- 100% tested low voltage noise
- Input offset voltage: 1mV max at VS = ±5V, 0°C ≤ TA ≤ 70°C
- Common mode rejection ratio is 100dB at VCM = -10V to 12.9V, 0°C ≤ TA ≤ 70°C
- Power supply rejection ratio is 97dB at VS = ±4.5V to ±20V, 0°C ≤ TA ≤ 70°C
- 3.3V/µs typ slew rate at RL ≥ 2K, 0°C ≤ TA ≤ 70°C
