The CD214A-B230LF is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier Chip Diode for rectification applications. It offers a forward current of 2A with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20 up to 60V. Bourns® chip diode is conform to JEDEC standards, easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment and their flat configuration minimizes roll away.
