LM2904QS-13

LM2904QS-13 is a LM2904Q series dual channel independent high-gain operational amplifier with very low input offset voltage specification. This is designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages however, operation from split power supplies is also possible. It offers low power supply current independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

• Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1
• 700KHz gain bandwidth and supply voltage range from 3 to 36V
• 20nA input bias current, 2mV input offset voltage, 0.3V/µs typ slew rate
• 500µA very low supply current drain -independent of supply voltage
• Large DC voltage gain of 100dB
• Internally compensated with unity gain
• Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
• Differential input voltage range equal to power supply voltage
• 8 pin SOIC package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
