SB3100-T is a schottky barrier rectifier. It is for use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications.
- Guard ring die construction for transient protection
- Low power loss, high efficiency
- High-current capability and low-forward voltage drop
- RMS reverse voltage is 70V at TA = +25°C
- Average rectified output current is 3.0A at TL = +80°C
- Forward voltage is 0.79V at IF = 3.0A, TA = +25°C
- Typical junction capacitance is 250pF at TA = +25°C
