Product Overview
MCP4013T-103E/CH is a low-cost 64-step volatile digital POT. It is a volatile, 6-bit (64 wiper steps) digital potentiometer with a simple up/down serial interface. It offers a variety of configurations simplifying design while minimizing cost, package size, and pin count. It offers a voltage divider (potentiometer), with one terminal connected to the ground. This device operates from a single 1.8V-5.5V supply and draws less than 1µA while operating in the static state.

- Mid-scale POR wiper setting, 10Kohm resistance
- 75 ohm wiper resistance, 64 no of steps, U/D control interface
- Power-up to midscale, ratiometric Tempco (potentiometer) is <lt/>10ppm typical
- Low wiper resistance is 70 ohm typical, 64 taps resolution
- Supply current is 45µA typical at (5.5V, CS = VSS, fU/D = 1MHz)
- Operating temperature range from –40°C to +125 °C
- 6-LD SOT-23 package
- High-voltage tolerant digital inputs is up to 12.5V
- Power-on recall of default wiper setting
