Product Overview
PESD2ETH1G-TR is an ESD protection device for in-vehicle networks. It is a fully OPEN Alliance 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 compliant Electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device in a surface-mounted plastic package designed to protect two automotive in-vehicle network bus lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
- Ideal for low-voltage differential signalling (LVDS) automotive
- ESD protection up to 30kV (IEC 61000-4-2)
- 1000 contact discharges (OPEN Alliance specification) with 15kV (IEC 61000-4-2)
- AEC-Q101 qualified / automotive grade
- Reverse standoff voltage is 24V maximum at Tamb = 25°C
- Diode capacitance is 1.8pF typ at f = 1MHz; VR = 0V; Tamb = 25°C
- Trigger voltage is 100V min at tp = 100ns; Tamb = 25°C
- Rated peak pulse current is 2.3A maximum at tp = 8/20µs
- SOT23 package
- Ambient temperature range from -55 to +150°C
