PCA2131TF/Q900Y is a Nano-power highly accurate RTC with integrated quartz crystal for automotive applications. This CMOS Real Time Clock (RTC) and calendar with an integrated Temperature Compensated Crystal (Xtal) Oscillator (TCXO) and a 32.768KHz quartz crystal optimized for very high accuracy and ultra-low power consumption. The PCA2131 has a selectable I²C-bus or SPI-bus, a backup battery switch-over circuit, a programmable watchdog function, four timestamps function, and many other features.

• TCXO with trimmed integrated capacitors and ultra-low supply current: typical 106nA at VDD = 3.3V
