EFR32FG23L010F128GM40-C is a EFR32FG23L series 2 wireless SoC. It includes a 78MHz ARM Cortex-M33 core, providing plenty of processing capability, while a dedicated security core provides fast encryption, secure boot loading, and a debug access control. This EFR32FG23L010F128GM40 includes 128kB of flash, 32kB of RAM and is available in a QFN40 package. With up to 14dBm maximum power output and an excellent receive sensitivity of -98.6dBm and provides a robust RF link for reliable communications for Sub-GHz proprietary applications. EFR32FG23L010F128GM40 devices use the same tools as EFR32FG23 Series 2, providing easy migration and fast time-to-market with development kits, SDKs, mobile apps and our patented network analyser.
