Product Overview
The IL250 is a 1-channel 6-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler with AC input and base connection. The bidirectional input optically coupled isolator consisting of two gallium arsenide infrared LEDs coupled to a silicon NPN phototransistor per channel. It is ideal for AC signal detection and monitoring.
