Product Overview
AD5663RBCPZ-3REEL7 is a low-power, dual 16bit buffered voltage out digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) that operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and is guaranteed monotonic by design. It has an on-chip reference. The on-chip reference is off at power-up, allowing the use of an external reference; and this device can be operated from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The internal reference is turned on by writing to the DAC. The parts incorporate a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0V and remains there until a valid write takes place. The part contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 480nA at 5V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power down mode. Applications include process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, and programmable attenuators.

- Multiplying bandwidth is 340KHz typical at (VREF = 2V ±0.1V p-p, VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Output noise is 15μVp-p typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 10-lead LFCSP-WD package
