Product Overview
ADA4004-1 is a precision amplifier. The device is designed on the high performance iPolar™ process, enabling improvements such as reduced noise and power consumption, increased speed and stability, and smaller footprint size. Novel design techniques enable the device to achieve 1.8nV/√Hz voltage noise density and a low 6Hz 1/f noise corner frequency while consuming just 1.7mA per amplifier. It is widely used in application such as precision instrumentation, filter blocks, microphone preamplifiers, industrial control, thermocouples and RTDs, reference buffers etc.
- Low input bias current is 90nA maximum
- Offset voltage is 125µV maximum
- High gain is 120dB
- Wide bandwidth is 12MHz
- Operating voltage range is 5V to 15V
- Slew rate is 2.7V/μs at (RL = 2Kohm to ground)
- Voltage noise is 0.1μV p-p at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 111dB typ at (VCM = −3.0V to +3.0V)
- Operating temperature ranger is −40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
