Product Overview
ADP195 is a high-side load switch designed for operation between 1.1V to 3.6V and protected against reverse current flow from output to input. This load switch provides power domain isolation helping extended power domain isolation. This device contains a low on-resistance, P-channel MOSFET that supports over 1.1A of continuous current and minimizes power loss. The low 1μA of quiescent current and ultralow shutdown current make the device ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. The built-in level shifter for enable logic makes the device compatible with many processors and GPIO. It is used in application such as mobile phones, digital cameras and audio devices, GPS devices, personal media players, portable and battery-powered equipment.

- VIN to VOUT resistance is 0.070 ohm typ at (VIN = 3.6V, ILOAD = 200mA, VEN = 3.6V)
- VOUT current is 4μA typ at (VEN = 0V, VIN = 0V, VOUT = 3.6V)
- VIN shutdown current is -10nA typ at (VEN = 0V, VIN = 0V, VOUT = 3.6V)
- Hysteresis is 75mV typical at (VIN = 1.8V, VEN = VIN, IOUT = 200mA)
- Turn-On delay time is 5μs typ at (VIN = 1.8V, ILOAD = 200mA, VEN = 1.8V, CLOAD = 1μF)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 6-lead lead frame chip scale [LFCSP-UD]
