Product Overview
ADUM3211TRZ-EP is a dual-channel digital isolator, enhanced system-level ESD reliability. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices. This isolator provides two independent isolation channels in two channel configurations with data rates up to 25Mbps (see the Ordering Guide). This operate with 3.3V or 5V supply voltages on either side, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems, as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. It isolator has a default output low characteristic in comparison to the ADuM3200/ADuM3201 models, which have a default output high characteristic. Application includes size-critical multichannel isolation, SPI interface/data converter isolation, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceiver isolation, digital field bus isolation, gate drive interfaces.
