Product Overview
LTC®2632 is a dual 12bit SPI VOUT DAC with 10ppm/°C Reference. This voltage-output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. It has rail-to-rail output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. This has a full-scale output of 2.5V, and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference, which sets the full-scale output to the external reference voltage. This DAC communicate via a simple SPI/MICROWIRE compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates upto 50MHz. It incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Application includes mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, automotive.

- Power-on-reset to code is zero
- Maximum differential nonlinearity is ±1LSB (TA = 25°C, VCC = 3V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC = 3V±10% or 5V±10%)
- 8 lead plastic TSOT-23 package, automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
