MAX31827ANTABRPF+

MAX31827ANTABRPF+ is a local temperature switch and sensor with an I²C/SMBus interface. The high accuracy makes this temperature sensor/switch ideal for a wide range of applications. It can be used as a temperature switch with preconfigured thresholds and/or as a temperature sensor with an I²C interface. When the part operates as an independent temperature switch, the I²C interface doesn't have to be used. This enables the use of the part in systems that require thermal protection implemented in hardware, without the need for reconfiguration or use of software/firmware during normal operation. One-time programmable (OTP) ALARM functionality enables the use of the part as a safety mechanism in systems where power dissipation is a challenge. It is used in applications such as battery-powered equipment, handheld electronics, data communications equipment, servers, and industrial equipment.

• Serial clock frequency is 1MHz maximum at (TA = -40°C to +125°C, VDD = 1.6V to 3.6V)
• Operating temperature range from -45°C to +145°C
