Product Overview
OP293 is a single-supply operational amplifier. It features a combination of high precision, low supply current, and the ability to operate at low voltages. For high performance in single-supply systems, the input and output ranges include ground, and the outputs swing from the negative rail to within 600mV of the positive supply. The combination of high accuracy and low power operation make the device useful for battery-powered equipment. It is widely used in application such as digital scales, strain gauges, portable medical equipment, battery-powered instrumentation, temperature transducer amplifier etc.
- Operating voltage range is +1.7V to ±18V
- Supply current/amplifier is 15µA
- Low offset voltage is 350µV maximum at (−40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Outputs sink and source is ±8mA
- No phase reversal, unity-gain stable
- Single- or dual-supply operation
- High open-loop gain is 600V/mV
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 116dB typ at (−14.9V ≤ VCM ≤ +14V)
- Voltage noise is 3μV p-p at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C, package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
