Product Overview
OP492 is a low cost, general-purpose quad operational amplifier designed for single-supply applications and are ideal for 5V systems. Fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc., CBCMOS process, the OP492 series has a PNP input stage that allows the input voltage range to include ground. A BiCMOS output stage enables the output to swing to ground while sinking current. This is unity-gain stable and features an outstanding combination of speed and performance for single or dual-supply operation. Application includes disk drives, mobile phones, servo controls, modems and fax machines, pagers, power supply monitors and controls, battery-operated instrumentation.
- Single-supply operation range from 4.5V to 33V
- Input common-mode includes ground, output swings to ground
- Slew rate is 3V/µs (typ, RL = 10kohm, 3V/µs, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 4MHz (typ, VS = 5V, VCM = 0V, VO = 2V, TA = 25°C)
- Low input offset voltage, high open-loop gain
- No phase inversion
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 95dB (typ, VCM = 0V to 4.0V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 95dB (typ, VS = 4.5V to 30V, VO = 2V)
- Slew rate is 3V/µs (typ, RL = 10kohm)
- 14 lead narrow body SOIC-N package, operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
