DMN6068LK3-13 is a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a 3 pin TO252 package. This MOSFET is designed to minimize the on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) and yet maintain superior switching performance, making it ideal for high-efficiency power management applications. Typical applications include motor control, transformer driving switch, DC-DC converters, power management functions and uninterrupted power supply.
