TLS850F3TUV50BOARDTOBO1 is a OPTIREG™ linear voltage regulator TLS850F3TUV50 demoboard is to be used during the design-in process for evaluating the TLS850F3TUV50 from Infineon Technologies AG. Suitable for automotive general ECUs, telematics systems, ADAS cameras and radar systems, navigation systems and body control modules applications.
- Output voltage is 5.5V ±2%
- Current capability is 500mA
- Input voltage range from 3V to 42V
- Stable with 1µF ceramic output capacitor
- Ultra-low current consumption is typically 26µA
- Very low drop out voltage is typically 100mV at 100mA
- Watchdog circuit for monitoring a microprocessor and watchdog inhibit
- Output voltage supervision by reset circuit with programmable delay time
- Output current limitation
- Overtemperature shutdown
