Product Overview
AVR16DU32T-I/PT is an AVR® DU family microcontroller that uses the latest technologies from Microchip Technology, with a flexible and low-power architecture, including an event system, intelligent analogue features, and advanced digital peripherals such as a USB 2.0 full-speed device. The AVR DU device is a general-purpose microcontroller that offers fundamental security features to implement secure firmware upgrades and authenticate the application firmware. When using the security features correctly, this protects against remote attacks and some PCB-level attacks where the application code is attempted modified to change the product functionality.

- Two-cycle hardware multiplier, program and debug interface disable, supply voltage range: 1.8-5.5V
- Write/erase endurance, flash 1,000 cycles, EEPROM 100,000 cycles
- Data retention: 40 years at 55°C
- 16KB flash memory
