Product Overview
MCP621ST-E/OT is a high bandwidth and high slew rate operational amplifier features low offset. At power-up, this op-amp is self-calibrated using mCal. Some package options also provide a Calibration /Chip Select pin (active-low CAL/CS) that supports a low-power mode of operation, with offset calibration at the time normal operation is re-started. This amplifier is optimized for high speed, low noise and distortion, single-supply operation with rail-to-rail output and an input that includes the negative rail. Typical application includes optical detector amplifier, barcode scanners, multi-pole active filter, driving A/D converters, fast low-side current sensing, power amplifier control loops, consumer audio.

- Slew rate is 10V/µs typ (G = +1, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.5V to +5.5V)
- Input offset voltage range from -200 to +200µV (After calibration, TA = +25°C)
- Input bias current is 5pA typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.5V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Input noise voltage is 20µVP-P typ (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = +25°C)
- Unity-gain stable, rail-to-rail output, input range incl. negative Rail, no phase reversal
- Supply voltage range from 2.5 to 5.5V (TA = +25°C, VSS = GND)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 2.5mA typ (IO = 0, TA = +25°C)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 81dB typ (VDD = 2.5V, VCM = -0.3 to 1.2V)
- 5 pin SOT-23 package, extended operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
