Product Overview
MP-MS-213-3-1-0500 is a tubular, reed sensor switch. The magnetic reed sensor contains a magnetic reed switch within an enclosed housing. The housing ensures better mechanical protection and facilitates assembly. This reed sensor is a versatile switching solution, suitable for a wide variety of applications. Typical applications include position control, non-touch switching, flow detection, level sensing, and speed measuring (RPM). This reed sensor is easy to mount and IP67-rated.
- Easy mounting and fixing, fitted with wire leads, compact size
- Compact housing, mechanically protected
- UL approval, replaces various competitors types
- 10W/V maximum contact rating, max switching voltage is 180VDC, 130VAC
- 0.7A maximum switching current, 200VDC minimum breakdown voltage
- 300mohm maximum total resistance (initial), 10⁹ ohm minimum insulation resistance
- Switching frequency is 500Hz maximum (25°C)
- Resonant frequency is 5000Hz typical (25°C), 1 = 10 to 15 AT range
- ABS housing, UL 1061, AWG 26, 4mm stripped and tinned cable, epoxy potting compound
- Operating temperature range from -20 to +85°C
