Product Overview
RDGD3100F3PH5EVB is a 3-phase reference design for Fuji M653 IGBTs featuring GD3100. This is a fully functional three-phase power gate drive reference design populated with six GD3100 gate drivers with fault management and supporting control circuitry. Board supports SPI daisy chain for programming and communication with 3 high-side gate drivers and 3 low-side gate drivers independently. Included is S32SDEV-CON18 PCIe cable for connecting to MCU controller board MPC5777C-DEVB (not included). This board is designed to be connected to a Fuji Electric M653 Series IGBT module footprint (not included). Ultra-reliable MPC5777C MCU for Automotive and Industrial Engine Management and MPC5775B-E: MPC5775B and MPC5775E MCU's for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and inverter applications are the supported MCUs. Safety features of board are certified to ASIL D ISO 26262 functional safety requirements for full diagnostics, Fast short-circuit protection, OCP, temperature warning and shutdown.

- Operating frequency is <gt/> 40KHz and operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- GD3100 is compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL C/D functional safety requirements
