Product Overview
The NCV8160AMX280TBG from On Semiconductor is a 250mA, ultra low noise and high PSRR LDO Regulator in 4 pin XDFN package for RF and analogue circuits. The IC is designed to meet the requirements of RF and analogue circuits, it provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current and very good load/line transients. The device is designed to work with a 1F input and a 1F output ceramic capacitor and it is available with 0.65mm pitch 1mm x 1mm XDFN package.
- Operating input voltage range from 1.9V to 5.5V
- Fixed output voltage is 2.8V
- Automotive AEC-Q100 qualified
- Ultra low quiescent current of 18µA (typ)
- Standby current consumption of 0.1µA (typ)
- Low dropout of 105mV typical at 250mA
- 98dB at 20mA, f = 1KHz ultra high power supply ripple rejection
- 10µVRMS ultra low noise
- Active discharge function
- Operating Temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
