Product Overview
TSB621IYLT is an automotive low-power, operational amplifier. It features an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It offers an excellent speed/power consumption ratio with 1.7MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming less than 375μA per operator at 36V supply voltage. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C making this device ideal for industrial and automotive applications with the associated qualification. Due to small package size the device can be used in applications where space on the board is limited. It can thus reduce the overall cost of the PCB. Application includes industrial, power supplies, automotive.
- Input offset voltage range from -1 to 1mV (VCC+ = 2.7V, Vcc- = 0V, Vicm = VCC/2, T = 25°C)
- 375µA maximum supply current (no load, VOUT = VCC/2, per channel, T = 25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 2.7 to 36V
- 1.45MHz typical gain bandwidth product (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF, T = 25°C)
- Unity gain stable, rail-to-rail output
- Input common mode voltage incudes ground
- High ESD tolerance is 4KV HBM, EMI hardened
