MEAS low pressure MEMS sensor offering state-of-the-art pressure transducer technology and CMOS mixed signal processing technology. It is suitable for use in CPAP /sleep apnea, ventilator, gas flow instrumentation, air flow measurement, HVAC / VAV, pressure transmitter, pressure switches , pneumatic gauges and safety cabinets applications.
