Product Overview
74HC273D(BJ) is a high speed CMOS octal D-type flip-flop fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Information signals applied to D inputs are transferred to the Q outputs on the positive going edge of the clock pulse. When the active low CLR input is held "L", the Q outputs are at a low logic level independent of the other inputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.

- Wide operating voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V
- Clock frequency is 6MHz (VCC = 2.0V, Ta = 25°C, Input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- High-level input voltage is 1.50V min (VCC = 2.0V, Ta = -25°C)
- Low-level input voltage is 0.50V max (VCC = 2.0V, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
