Product Overview
The DG4051EEQ-T1-GE3 from Vishay is a low capacitance, low charge injection, 8 channel multiplexer, analogue multiplexer in 16 pin TSSOP package. It is a high precision CMOS analogue multiplexer. It features low leakage, parasitic capacitance and low charge injection of 0.3pC over the full voltage range. This device is ideal for high precision signal switching and multiplexing. Designed to operate from a 3V to 16V single supply or from a ±3V to ±8V dual supplies, it is fully specified at 3V, 5V, 12V and ±5V. All control logic inputs have 2V logic high limit when operating from 5V or ±5V supplies and 1.4V when operating from a 3V supply. Switch conduct equally well in both directions, offering rail to rail analogue signal switching and can be used both as multiplexer as well as de-multiplexer. It is used in automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, meters and instruments, healthcare systems, audio and video signal routing, relay replacementand battery powered systems.
