AS25F304MD-10S1IN is a 4Megabit serial NOR flash memory supporting the standard serial peripheral interface (SPI), and supports the dual SPI: serial clock, chip select, serial data I/O0 (DI), I/O1 (DO), W. The dual I/O data is transferred with speed of 208Mbits/s.
- 3.3V voltage, 4Mb density, dual SPI, 104MHz speed
- Input leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC= 2.7V to 3.6V)
- Standby current is 8µA typical at (TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC= 2.7V to 3.6V)
- Deep power-down current is 0.6µA typical at (TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC= 2.7V to 3.6V)
- Operating current (0B read) is 4.4mA maximum at (CLK=0.1VCC / 0.9VCC at 104MHz)
- Serial clock rise time (slew rate) is 0.1V/ns minimum at (TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC= 2.7V to 3.6V)
- Minimum 100,000 program/erase cycles, top/bottom block protection
- 3x512-Byte security registers with OTP locks, discoverable parameters (SFDP) register
- Page programming time is 2ms typical at (TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC= 2.7V to 3.6V)
