SFH 41847S is an OSLON® P1616 lens high power infrared emitter (940nm). Typical applications includes access control and security, authentication, body tracking, factory automation, home and building automation and medical lighting.

- ESD: 2KV according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM)
- IR lightsource with high efficiency
- Double stack emitter, centroid wavelength of 940nm, peak wavelength of 950nm
- 310mW/sr typical radiant intensity (IF = 1A, tp = 10ms Ie)
- Operating temperature range from -40° to +105°C
