Product Overview
AD74413R is a quad-channel software configurable input/output solution for building and process control applications. It contains functionality for analogue output, analogue input, digital input, resistance temperature detector (RTD), and thermocouple measurements integrated into a single chip solution with a serial peripheral interface (SPI). This device features a 16bit, Σ-Δ analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) and four configurable, 13bit digital-to-analogue converters (DACs) to provide four configurable input/output channels and a suite of diagnostic functions. There are several modes related to the device. These modes are voltage output, current output, voltage input, externally powered current input, loop powered current input, external RTD measurement, digital input logic, and loop powered digital input. It is used in applications such as process control, factory automation, motor drives, building control systems.

- Total unadjusted error is +0.2%FSR maximum at (AVDD = 14V to 28.8V)
- Integral nonlinearity is +2LSB maximum at (AVDD = 14V to 28.8V)
- Output noise spectral density is 320nV/√Hz typical at (AVDD = 14V to 28.8V)
- DC power supply rejection ratio is 80dB typical at (AVDD = 14V to 28.8V)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +105°C, package style is 64-lead LFCSP
