AD9237BCPZ-40

AD9237 is a family of monolithic, single 3V supply, 12bit, 40MSPS analogue-to-digital converters(ADC). This family features a high performance sample-and-hold amplifier(SHA) and voltage reference. Typical application includes ultrasound and medical imaging, battery -powered instruments, hand -held scope meters, low cost digital oscilloscopes, low power digital still cameras and copiers and low power communications.

• Ultralow power: 135mW at 40MSPS (DC input) and 1mW at 40MSPS (power-down mode)
• SNR = 66.5dBc, SINAD=66.4dBc and SFDR = 83.5dBc at 40MSPS, fINPUT = 2.4MHz
• DNL = ±0.7LSB, ±0.9LSB INL and ENOB=10.7bits at fINPUT = 9.7MHz
• Differential input with 500MHz bandwidth
• Flexible analogue input: 1V p-p to 4V p-p range
• Offset binary, twos complement, or grey code data formats
• Output enable pin, 2-step power-down
• Full power-down and sleep mode and Clock duty cycle stabilizer
• 32 lead LFCSP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
