EV1HMC907APM5 is a HMC907APM5E evaluation board. The HMC907APM5E is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT Distributed Power Amplifier which operates between 0.2 and 22GHz. This self-biased power amplifier provides 14dB of gain, +40dBm output IP3 and +28dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression while requiring only 350mA from a +10V supply.
