Product Overview
LTC®2271 is a 2-channel, simultaneous sampling 16bit A/D converter designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. Typical applications include low power instrumentation, software-defined radios, portable medical imaging and multi-channel data acquisition.
- Serial LVDS outputs is 1, 2 or 4bits per Channel
- 84.1dB SNR (46μVRMS input referred noise) and 99dB SFDR
- Low power of 185mW total, 92mW per channel
- ±2.6LSB INL, ±0.8LSB DNL, ±7mV offset error and ±10μV/°C offset drift
- Single 1.8V supply and selectable input range from 1VP-P to 2.1VP-P
- 200MHz full-power bandwidth S/H
- Shutdown and nap modes and serial SPI port for configuration
- Pin compatible with LTC2190 16bit, 25Msps, 104mW
- 52 lead QFN-EP package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
