Product Overview
LTC2607 is a dual channel 16bit, rail-to-rail voltage output DAC. It has a built-in high performance output buffers and are guaranteed monotonic. This device incorporate a power-on reset circuit. During power-up, the voltage outputs rise less than 10mV above zero scale; and after power-up, they stay at zero scale until a valid write and update take place. The parts use a 2-wire, I²C compatible serial interface. It is widely used in application such as mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, instrumentation, automatic test equipment etc.
- 27 selectable addresses, integral nonlinearity is ±19LSB
- SCL clock frequency is 400KHz maximum
- Wide operating supply range is 2.7V to 5.5V
- Supply current is 0.66mA typical
- Power down to 1µA maximum
- High rail-to-rail output drive (±15mA, min)
- DC crosstalk is ±30µV typical, double-buffered data latches
