Product Overview
3531-021N002 is 3500 series environmentally sealed, high performance toggle switch. It is a completely sealed switch withstanding 0.1bar pressure. It has dielectric strength of 2,500Vrms 50Hz minimum between terminals 3,000Vrms 50Hz minimum between terminals and frame.
- Single pole, ON - OFF electrical function
- Solder lug/quick-connect terminals
- Standard, length 17.5mm or locking, length 20mm lever
- Bright nickel lever finish, no locking
- Front sealing to IP67 or IP69K by a silicone membrane
- Rear sealing to IP64 provided by moulded-in terminal inserts
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to + 85°C
- Initial contact resistance of 10mΩ max at 1A/2VDC, insulation resistance of 1,000Mohm
- Mechanical life of 40,000 cycles, mineral filled polyester UL94-V0 case, silver alloy contacts
- Torque of 2Nm (1.47 Ft.lb) maximum applied to nut
