Product Overview
ACPL-247-500E is a DC-input quad-channel half-pitch phototransistor optocoupler in a 16-pin SOIC package. It contains four light-emitting diodes optically coupled to four separate phototransistors.
- Current transfer ratio (CTR: 50% (min) at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V)
- High input-output isolation voltage (VISO = 3750VRMS)
- Non-saturated response time (tr: 2μs (typ) at VCC = 10V, IC = 2mA, RL= 100 ohm)
- CMR 10KV/μs (typical)
