The B3100-13-F is a high voltage Schottky Barrier Rectifier with lead-free matte tin-plated terminals, UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case and cathode band polarity. The barrier rectifier features guard ring die construction for transient protection, low power loss and high efficiency.
- Level-1 per J-STD-020 moisture sensitivity
- 70V RMS reverse voltage
- 10°C/W Junction to terminal typical thermal resistance
- 100pF at 4V/1MHz Total capacitance
