MBRD20100CT-13 is a schottky barrier rectifier. It has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of commercial applications. Typical applications include polarity protection diode, recirculating diode, and switching diode.

- Forward voltage drop is 0.79V typ at IF = 10A, TJ = +25°C, per leg
- Leakage current is 0.1mA max at VR = 100V, TJ = +25°C, per leg

- Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +175°C
