Product Overview
The MAX320EUA+ is a precision, dual supply, SPST analogue switch in 8 pin µMAX package. It has two normally open (NO) switch and low power consumption of 1.25mW makes part ideal for battery powered equipment. It offer low leakage current of 100pA (max) and fast switching speeds (tON = 150ns max, tOFF = 100ns max). It offers 35ohm (max) on-resistance (RON), 2ohm (max) matching between channels and 4ohm (max) RON flatness. It also offers 5pC (max) charge injection and a minimum of 2000V ESD protection per method 3015.7. It is used battery operated systems, heads-up displays, test equipment, ±5V DACs and ADCs, sample and hold circuits, guidance and control systems, military radios, audio/video signal switching, communications systems and PBX, PABX.
