- Housing: Nickel-plated zinc diecast shell for durability
- Contacts: Silver-plated for excellent conductivity
- Unique Cage Design: Ensures low contact resistance and high integrity
- Solder Barrier: Prevents solder from flowing into the contact mating area
- Improved Latch: Solid metal latch, larger and easier to handle
- Grounding: Additional ground spring contacts for better shell continuity
