Product Overview
74HC125D,653 is a quad buffer/line driver with 3 state outputs controlled by output enable inputs (nOE(active low). A HIGH on (nOE(active low) causes outputs to assume high impedance OFF state. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.

- CMOS low power dissipation and CMOS input level
- High noise immunity
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
- Complies with JEDEC standard
