BD12801MUF-ME2 is a 16-channel constant current driver embedded automotive backlight LED driver with 13bit PWM dimming and 8bit local DC dimming individual channels. Communication with µcontroller via SPI is feasible. Application includes cluster, centre infotainment display, and other automotive backlights.
- 3.0V to 5.5V power supply voltage range, 20mA to 130mA LED output current range
- AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified, Integrated 16-channel 20V LED constant current driver
- SPI interface, independent 13bit PWM dimming function
- Independent 8bit local DC dimming function, independent 8bit phase shift function
- LSI protection function (UVLO, TSD, ISETSCP), LED abnormality detection function (open/short)
- Integrated abnormality output FAIL pin, cascade connection feasible
- VQFN48FAV070 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
