The M2-REMOVABLE-PCIE-N1 from Startech lets you utilise an available x4 PCI-Express expansion slot as an interchangeable M.2 NVMe bay. The Removable drive bay provides convenient flexibility for managing multiple M.2 SSD drives and is lockable to avoid security concerns.
- Supports NVMe and AHCI (M key) M.2 drives including 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 drive heights
- Capable of read/write speeds up to 64Gb/s
- Toolless latching mechanism for intuitive drive installation
- Lockable M.2 drive tray (includes 2 keys)
- Hot Swap capable, PCI-Express hot swap support is motherboard dependent
- Multi-colour LED indicator for power and activity status
- Compatible with PCI-Ex 4.0 and 3.0 motherboards with a x4, x8 or x16 PCI-Express slots
- No software or drivers required, compatible with Windows, Windows Server and Linux
- Vented stainless steel frame with thermal pads to ensure optimal performance
