Product Overview
M95320-DFMN6TP is a 32Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM in a 8 pin SOIC package. It can operate with a supply range from 1.7V up to 5.5V and guaranteed over the -40°C/+85°C temperature range. The M95320-D offers an additional page, named the identification page (32 bytes). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- High-speed clock is 20MHz
- Memory array is 32Kb (4Kbytes) of EEPROM, page size is 32bytes
- Byte write within 5ms, page write within 5ms
- Additional write lockable page (identification page)
- Write protect: quarter, half or whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-year data retention
